By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
- An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong; any payment is refunded in full.
- Promo codes have their own conditions shown at checkout and can’t be exchanged for cash.
Payment and delivery
Payment options and delivery timelines are described on shipping & delivery. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed over.
Exchanges and refunds
See returns & exchanges. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 are not affected.
Your account
Keep your password private. You’re responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
