What we collect

• Order details: name, phone, email, delivery and billing addresses, items and payment status.
• Account details: your sign-in email or mobile number and a securely hashed password (we never see or store it in plain text).
• Usage data: pages viewed and device information, through cookies and analytics/advertising pixels.

How we use it

• To deliver orders, process payments, exchanges and refunds, and send order updates.
• To keep your account secure (for example sign-in throttling and verification codes).
• With your permission, to send new arrivals and offers. Turn this off any time in My account → Profile.
• To measure and improve our ads. Where we share data with ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), contact details are hashed first.

Who we share it with

Couriers (to deliver), payment providers such as bKash and SSLCommerz (to take payments), and service providers that host our systems. We don’t sell your data.

Your choices

You can view and update your details in , or ask us to export or delete your data. We keep order records as required for accounting.
